Terms & Conditions for Custom Design Submissions

Welcome to VERTEX’s Custom Design Program. We’re excited to offer our valued customers the opportunity to bring their creative visions to life through exclusive printing on our premium products. Please read the terms below carefully before submitting your design.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • This feature is exclusively available to customers who:

    • Have made a purchase from our official website.

    • Are subscribed members of the VERTEX brand page.

2. File Format & Upload Guidelines

  • Accepted File Types: JPG, PNG, or PDF only.

  • Maximum File Size: 2 MB.

  • Submission Process:
    Designs must be uploaded via the official Google Drive link provided on the submission form.
    Ensure that your file name includes your Order ID for reference.

3. Design Review & Approval

  • Not all designs will be printed. Submissions will be reviewed by our in-house design and brand team.

  • We will only accept designs that:

    • Align with our brand aesthetic and values

    • Maintain quality, creativity, and originality

    • Are non-offensive, non-plagiarized, and legally usable

  • If your design is selected:

    • You will be contacted via phone and email for final consent.

    • After approval, the first printed product will be sent to you for free, with the exception of:

      • Shipping and GST charges between ₹199–₹300 (payable by you).

4. Usage Rights

  • By submitting a design, you confirm that:

    • You are the original creator or have the rights to use the submitted artwork.

    • You authorize VERTEX to use the design for production, promotional content, and branding purposes if selected.

  • Selected designs may be:

    • Sold on our platform under the VERTEX brand

    • Used in future campaigns or drops

    • Displayed on social media or product galleries

5. Product Type & Color Requests

  • You may specify your preferred product type (e.g., t-shirt, hoodie, cap, keychain, shorts).

  • You may also request the color on which you'd like the design to be printed.

  • However, final decisions on product type, color, and placement will be at the discretion of our design team based on feasibility and aesthetics.

6. Communication & Support

  • Only selected entries will receive further communication.

  • If selected, our team will initiate contact within 7–10 business days.

7. Final Note
